RETURN POLICY
To exchange or return an item purchased from our web page,
please email
support@eglobalnaturalhealth.com or call 877-572-8975 between the
hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm EST to get a return authorization number.
Customer is responsible for paying own shipping costs. EXCHANGE AND
RETURN Exchange or return your item anytime from the original purchase
date within 90 days from the date of receipt.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Some
items cannot be returned, including:• Automatic Reorder products• Free
or no-charge products• Items that are damaged or abused after receipt.
RESTOCKING FEE There may be a 15% restocking fee for any item returned that was not an error on the part of eGlobal Natural Health.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS AND BUNDLES As a benefit to our customers, eGlobal Natural Health occasionally offers promotional items and savings with a purchase or enhanced savings on a bundle of items when they are purchased together. Any promotional item is NOT eligible for return. Any item in a discounted bundle will be ‘credited’ at the discounted rate.
